		Soulware is Soulware is a peer to peer (P2P) personal profile management utility that puts the user at the center of their digital world. Soulware delivers relevance as a peer to peer personally empowering utility. Soulware is a software kernel that can live on any peer (device). The kernel stores and updates a user’s behavioral inventory profile. This profile interfaces with a stable of software agents that work intelligently performing value add “mission” services on the user’s behalf. The agents can be created and customized by the user and are deployed across the web and P2P networks. The Soulware utility empowers the user with a single personal content management infrastructure. It allows them to manage their private, social, and public content, goods and services seamlessly across wireless and hardwired networks.
		RELEVANCE
			Relevancy is the right thing at the right time. Relevancy is the ability to dial the variables relative to the constants of life. The relativity of cultural relevancy creates language and is essential and fundamental to cultural diversity. The relevant experience is priceless to the individual, the family and in the largest sense the entire planet. Relevancy is essential for survival and fulfillment. Users don’t buy Hardware or Software - Users buy relevance. Users buy: Memories not cameras; communication, connectivity and personal freedom not wireless devices; Fun and Family entertainment, not PS2’s; laughter and distraction not videotapes or DVDs. 		Our Mission is to become a cradle to grave user relevancy standard. To build an embedable P2P kernel capable of delivering that standard. Soulware is designed to be a core P2P component for the implementation of the emerging Semantic Web. Soulware aims to provide a common P2P relevancy platform, an infrastructure to allow potentially any device, content or service, to better understand and adapt themselves to the nature, preferences and will of their users. By engineering a utility that services the core human value of relevancy we incidentally create an architecture that applies to innumerable fields of human endeavor. These include education, health care, security, industry, commerce, entertainment etc. Soulware’s applications are limited only by the human imagination.

		TECHNOLOGY & THE SOULWARE KERNEL
		How does Soulware work? Today’s peers provide simple user settings per device. Soulware moves beyond this by aggregating a comprehensive user identity and behavior profile, across all devices, that is continuously updated, and accessible. Soulware consists of standardized formats, protocols, and services, for storing and accessing user identity, personal preference, personal connectivity and historical behavior information. These services and information are potentially accessible by any digital device from the smallest child’s toy, up to large network servers. A full description of the Soulware kernel falls beyond the scope of this document. The kernel has a complete set of technical documentation. A demo of the Soulware kernel is being built and its architecture is currently being patented by Morrison and Foerster LLP. More detailed information on the functionality and architecture of the Soulware kernel can be arranged under NDA or in follow up inquiries.
